Adv. Ish-Shalom is educated in the field of internal auditing (CIA) and holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Law (Commercial Law) from Bar Ilan University.

As part of the legal support for companies and corporations, the firm also handles the various aspects of transactions that require special approvals, transactions with interested parties, advice to company officers and bodies (such as the board of directors, management and shareholders, meetings and reports required for authorities, etc.).
