 The purpose of the site is to provide the public with information about the firm’s services, legal information, and the opportunity to  Users have the option to leave details and receive professional legal service, in five different languages: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian and French.

17.  It is clarified that the office does not undertake to provide the service detailed on the website, and that receiving legal service from the office is contingent upon the examination of each case specifically to check the feasibility of providing the legal service by the office. The provision of legal service is subject to the sole discretion of the office.
18.  The services and/or content presented on the website will be displayed according to the sole discretion of the office.

Use of the website

19. Any change in the design or presentation of content in a manner not approved by the website is considered a violation of the terms of use.
23. The office and/or the website will not allow links to websites containing content that does not meet legal requirements, such as pornographic, racist, or content that violates public rights. Any link to such websites will be considered a violation of the terms of use. In addition, any link to websites from this website must be direct, without changing the content displayed on it, and must respect the link to the full page of the website.
24. The management of the office and/or the website reserves the right to cancel any deep link and demand its removal if it does not meet its requirements. Any damage caused as a result of links or the presentation of non-compliant content will be the sole responsibility of the surfer, and they will be responsible for indemnifying the website for any damage caused.

Jurisdiction

34.  This regulation shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to the regulation.
