If there is no meter, no public fare, and the trip is coordinated in advance \u2013 it may be private transportation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>What if I didn&#8217;t use the car for 240 days because I was sick?<\/strong><br \/>\nMay still be considered a violation. It is recommended to present certificates and try to prove exceptional circumstances.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>If I sell the vehicle and transfer the right to someone else \u2013 what happens to the benefit?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the vehicle conversion process is not completed according to the rules, the benefit is canceled.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Does the Tax Authority really check this?<\/strong><br \/>\nvery. There are surprise inspections, surveillance, and even technological data analysis to detect inactive taxis.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>If I am asked for a tax refund \u2013 is there anything I can do?<\/strong><br \/>\nyes. You can submit an objection, request a hearing, and sometimes even appeal \u2013 provided there are good reasons and professional guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>So what do we do to avoid getting into trouble?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Maintain accurate records of annual activity days<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Regularly run counters \u2013 even if it&#8217;s not &#8220;convenient&#8221;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Review any agreement with a business entity in advance with a tax advisor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Do not use a taxi for non-public transportation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">We consult before purchasing another vehicle or transferring ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In conclusion: the exemption is not a reward \u2013 it is a conditional benefit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The state does not grant exemptions from purchase tax to those who use their vehicle as a work vehicle or private transportation undercover.
