Att. Ish-Shalom is educated in the field of internal auditing (CIA) and also has a master’s degree (LL.M) in law (commercial law) from Bar Ilan University.

As part of the legal support for companies and corporations, the firm also handles various aspects of transactions requiring special approvals, transactions with stakeholders, advice to the company’s executives and forums (such as the board of directors, the managers and shareholders, meetings and reports required for the authorities etc.).
