We at “Yaniv Ish-Shalom & Co., Law Firm” (hereinafter: “the Firm” or “the Site”) consider it of utmost importance to protect your privacy. The ministry manages the information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, Amendment 13 to the Law (2024), and the Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

  1. Types of information collected

The information is collected in several ways:

  • Correction of information – request updating or correction of incorrect or outdated data.
  • Deletion of information – demand the deletion of data, unless there is a legal obligation or legitimate interest in preserving it.
  • Objection to use – to prevent the use of information for purposes that are not necessary for the service.
  • Removal from internal lists – a request not to save his details for future inquiries.
  • Data portability – to the extent regulated by law, to receive information in a machine-readable format or request its transfer to another entity.
