We at “Yaniv Ish-Shalom & Co., Law Firm” (hereinafter: “the Firm” or “the Site”) consider it of utmost importance to protect your privacy. The purpose of this document is to clearly and transparently detail what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and what your rights are under the law.

The ministry manages the information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, Amendment 13 to the Law (2024), and the Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

2. Types of information collected

The information is collected in several ways:

• Information provided by the user voluntarily – for example, when filling out a contact form, providing full name, telephone number, email address and content of the inquiry.
• Technical information collected automatically – IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate geographic location, usage data (pages viewed, actions performed, browsing times).

3. Purposes of information usage

The information is used for the purpose of:

In accordance with the law and Amendment 13, each user has the following rights:

• Review information – obtain information about the data collected on it.
• Correction of information – request updating or correction of incorrect or outdated data.
• Deletion of information – demand the deletion of data, unless there is a legal obligation or legitimate interest in preserving it.
• Objection to use – to prevent the use of information for purposes that are not necessary for the service.
• Removal from internal lists – a request not to save his details for future inquiries.
• Data portability – to the extent regulated by law, to receive information in a machine-readable format or request its transfer to another entity.

7. Saving information

The information will be retained as long as it is needed for the purposes specified in this policy or in accordance with the provisions of the law. It will then be permanently deleted or anonymized.

8. Policy changes

The firm reserves the right to update this policy from time to time, due to legal, technological or business changes. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the updated policy.
