The Internet is currently the largest repository of information freedom for all users, and users with disabilities in particular. As such, we place great importance on providing equal access to information displayed on the site for people with disabilities, to enable a better browsing experience.

We at the Yaniv Ish-Shalom & Co. Law Firm strive to provide the best possible user experience on the website for the general public, in several languages ​​(Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, French), all while emphasizing the public with disabilities. We have made many efforts to facilitate and optimize the use of the website, and to provide an equal and accessible service.

Despite our efforts to enable accessible browsing on all pages of the site, it is possible that pages on the site have not yet been made accessible, or for which the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found. Using website accessibility software

  1. The accessibility adjustments made to the site were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) 2013, as well as in accordance with the Israeli Standard TI 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, to level AA, while maintaining updates and changes to the Israeli standard document.
  2. Accessibility compatibility has been successfully tested in leading browsers and their latest versions.
  3. This website is powered by accessibility software and is operated via a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows the website to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the software is subject to the manufacturer’s terms of use. Responsibility for the use and implementation of the website applies to the website owners and/or their representatives, including the content displayed on the website, subject to the terms of use of the software.

How does accessibility work on the site?

  1. The site has an accessibility menu. Clicking on the menu opens the accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic in the menu, wait for the page to load. The software works in popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Safari-VoiceOver on a Mac. Browsing in accessibility mode is recommended in the most popular browser among surfers: Chrome. In other browsers, incompatibility may occur due to the incompatibility of the browsers themselves with the fix.

Accessibility arrangements in the office

  1. The office makes efforts to ensure equal accessibility for every client, in order to improve service and provide a comfortable and adapted environment for people with disabilities. The office operates in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and has made adjustments to the services provided in accordance with Amendment No. 2 to the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5765-2005. The office’s adjustments include:

א. Wide accessible entrances adapted for visitors with disabilities;

on. Disabled parking spaces are arranged and marked in parking lots and near the office;

c. Accessible and adapted services for visitors with disabilities;

D. Identification and directional signs that assist visitors with disabilities.
